Transparent fees for consultation and garden-room styling packages in Brighton and Hove. All figures in GBP.
Studio or site advisory covering layout priorities, shading risks, and a written note. Higher end includes a fuller on-site measure.

What sits inside a package
Packages include measured drawings of the styled layout, schedules for furniture and textiles, finish notes, shading strategy, and plant-zone annotations where relevant. Number of revision rounds is agreed at the brief stage.
Supply of furniture, blinds, and plants is usually client-purchased against our lists unless you ask us to coordinate orders for an agreed fee.
How we place a project in the band
A single glazed-link styling with limited furniture often lands near £650–£1,200. A full conservatory with dual-use furniture, shading, and planting commonly sits between £1,800 and £3,400.
Complex Victorian thresholds, multiple roof-glass zones, or extensive sample hunting push toward the upper end near £4,200.
Travel within the working radius
Visits across Brighton, Hove, Portslade, and Rottingdean are included in the quoted fee. Further inland sites may carry a modest travel addition stated before the survey.
Remote-only advice without a visit is available at the lower consultation rate when photographs and dimensions are reliable.
Payment rhythm
Consultations are invoiced after the visit. Packages take a booking portion to secure the survey week, with the balance on handover of the sheet set.
All figures exclude third-party goods and builder costs.
